We invented, developed and patented EyeQuant with brain researchers at the California Institute of Technology, the University of Southern California and the University of Osnabrück, Germany. EyeQuant is the only available predictive eye-tracking solution that delivers accurate results and is backed up by rigorous research.
Fabian Harmik Stelzer, Co-Founder & CEO
Fabian studied Cognitive Science in Osnabrück and the Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich. He helped launch Stan James’ Outfoxed Project in 2005/2006 - the world’s first social search software - before it became Lijit Networks and got acquired by Federated Media Publishing in 2011. Marrying his backgrounds in tech startups and neuroscience, Fabian co- founded EyeQuant in 2009 to empower every design decision with fast, reliable data.
Niko Felger, CTO
Before coming to EyeQuant to run product and technology, Niko worked as product manager at live music startup Songkick.com in London. His background is in Computational Linguistics (Unis Cambridge and Saarbrücken), which explains why he can sometimes be a bit of a 'word nerd'.
Kurtis Morrison, VP Client Services
Kurtis studied Commerce at the University of Victoria, Canada and HHL Leipzig. Before moving to Germany in 2012, he specialized in planning and marketing concert tours for Canadian musicians. These days he spends his time helping marketers use EyeQuant to create landing pages that sell.
Felix Molitor, Senior Software Engineer
Felix grew up on the country-side of Lower-Saxony, studied Cognitive Science in Osnabrück and Sofia, and is working for software start-ups in Berlin since 2010. When he is not writing code, he might be wandering around town, playing table-tennis or practicing his Bulgarian.
Zahra Topping, Office Manager
Zahra studied European Studies & German at the Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Leipzig. After her studies, she spent several years working as an assistant at intellectual property law firms in Berlin. Zahra joined EyeQuant in 2016, where she is responsible for creating a fun, comfortable and efficient place to work. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys long walks in the countryside, baking, sewing and karaoke.
Alex Hernández, Research Engineer and PhD Candidate
Alex grew up in Madrid and studied Audiovisual Systems Engineering at the University Carlos III. Before coming to Berlin, he was a researcher at the university and studied a M.Sc. in Computer Vision and Machine Learning. He's now doing a PhD at EyeQuant under the supervision of Prof. Peter König. Besides research, his passion is playing the violin and practicing sports in nature.
Rory Gallagher, Business Development Manager
Rory grew up on the beach in sunny San Diego and studied Marketing at a University near Los Angeles. Upon graduating he worked for a fitness startup which solidified his passion for using innovation to solve people's problems. Rory joined EyeQuant in 2016 where he works to help marketers create better designs. As a self-proclaimed travel addict, you will often find Rory on a solo backpacking adventure in whichever country excites him at the time.
Dominic Harkness, Sales Intern
Dominic grew up in the Rhineland-Palatinate where he studied Philosophy in Mainz. Later on he switched to the field of Cognitive Science in Osnabrück. Now he’s joined EyeQuant to support our Business Development team. Outside of the office you might find him wielding a camera or just strolling about.
Melina Lea, Customer Success Manager
Melina is originally from San Francisco, California. She grew up in the surrounding Bay Area mountains and cultivated her career in the heart of Silicon Valley. Energetic and full of ideas; she specializes in evolving customer networks and constructing new practices. Melina also loves writing fiction, rock climbing and traveling to new places.
Peli Teloni, Machine Learning Engineer
Peli studied theoretical Computer Science in Greece, where she discovered that learning is the next step from computation. Since then, her focus is on all aspects of machine learning. She enjoys the experience of sound and referring to herself in the third person.
